Privacy Policy

1. Overview

cloud.leafalive.net ("the App") is a personal-use project only. It is not open to the public, is not a commercial product, and is used only by its owner. The App uses Google Cloud services and Google APIs to access and manage the owner's own data.

2. Information we access

With your explicit consent through Google Sign-In (OAuth), the App may access your basic Google profile (name, email address) and only the Google user data required by the scopes you approve. The App requests the minimum scopes necessary.

3. How we use information

Google user data is used only to provide the App's user-facing features to the owner. It is never used for any other purpose.

4. No sales, no advertising, no sharing

  • We do not sell any data.
  • We do not show ads and do not use data for advertising.
  • We do not share data with any third party.

5. Google API Services – Limited Use disclosure

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the App's user interface.
  • Google user data is not transferred to others, except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users.
  • Google user data is not used or transferred for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  • Google user data is not sold, and is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • No human reads Google user data, unless with the user's affirmative consent for specific messages, files or data; when necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); to comply with applicable law; or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
  • Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.

6. Data storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to the owner.

7. Revoking access and deleting your data

  1. Revoke the App's access at any time from your Google Account: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select the App and click "Remove access".
  2. To request deletion of your data, the only contact channel is email: engsrt@gmail.com. This address is published solely to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy; the App does not offer any other contact option, and unsolicited mail is not read or replied to.
  3. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

9. Contact

The App has no public contact channel. The email address engsrt@gmail.com appears in this policy solely because the Google API Services User Data Policy requires a contact address to be disclosed. Requests unrelated to your own data or to this policy will not receive a response.
